the oil pans will physically interchange on all 221-302 ford blocks. the problem you have however is that the rear sump will not clear the steering linkage. the front sump pans are still very easy to find though.
i have one off a 67 289 but it didn't look like the bolt hole would line up. i did not try to put it on the car so maybe i need to try again. thanks
