Painting the Interior

I want to Paint my interior trim pieces on my 04 mustang. I was wondering how much I should expect to pay for materials. My girlfriends dad will help me paint them cause he paints cars for a living. I just have to get the stuff and bring it over there

I washed mine with Dawn dish detergent and dried them really well and painted them with store bought hobby spray paint and they look excellent.

I made several very fine coats and they didn't even need any final sanding afterward.

They still look good after 5 years.

I have about 5 dollars in it.

What interior pieces did you do? Do you have to worry about any kind of pull off in the summer when it get's hot?
