Polishing my Centerlines.....Buffer?

The rims are aluminum and polish up nice but are a real pain to shine them to where they should be. Do they make line a mini buffer that i will be able to hit the smaller spots and get a good shine out of them?

I have two words "cordless dremmel"
also jewelers rouge is the best compound, if you're not already using it. comes in 3 stages and will make them shine like new alot easier than elbow grease!
