Alright. Would anyone care to explain to me how you drive a car that continues to fail inspection?!?
Does anyone actually go though the trouble of switching the pipes just to pass inspection?
Is there a way to get a slightly more aggressive sound and not have to worry about decibel laws and inspection?

Yea, I do. It's a new rule enacted 1 Jan of this year. My exhaust cannot exceed 100 db at idle and at 3000 RPM or I fail. I still have the stock mufflers so I put them on, go through inspection and then remove them. Also cannot have ANY window tint on driver and front passenger windows. No banners or stickers across the top of the windshield either. No spinning rims. Car and or body kit can only be so many inches off the ground I forgot what that was. Plus a few more silly rules.
