Rocker Arm Question

I have an 87 mustang gt 5.0 ho and all ive done is put a typhoon intake on it so far. I want to upgrade my rocker arms and pushrods. I have the pedestal mount setup. I was looking at some rockers from summitracing.com and lmr.com.

Would these be good to get?? If so should i get the same pushrods? This will be my first time doing rockers and rods so any help would be great. Im looking to spend about $200 or so on rockers and rods. Be great if i can get a kit.

dont get cheap proform or other rockers. Do it once and do it right. Get either crane, Ford racing, or comp cams ones,. You can reuse your stock pushrods as long as they aren't bent, cracked, or warped, but if you want get a set of hardended crane ones.

With 1.7 RR and a stock cam, you'll get about the same lift as a B cam with a better LSA and idle. Lots of guys do this. A nice little 15-20hp increase. Mke sure your springs aren't weak- how many miles on the motor?

It has around 150k miles. So i would want to get 1.7 crane roller rockers and crane rods? Should i replace the springs too. Just to be on the safe side?
