And this is what I came home with. It's an 8.8 out of a 95 GT and the front suspension from the same car. Now I have to install it and get an engine hoist to remove the 4 banger! Best of all is I got the front and rear including springs for $250.:D

Must be a southern state thing, because all that crap would of cost you in NJ $500-$600.

I'm in TX, cant even find 5.0 corpses in the local yards that haven't been picked clean. Just completed my cheapest swap, but still trying to find a few bits n pieces.

Tell me about it. There are two yards less than 10 minutes away from me. I went to one and spent the whole day. Found nothing but wrecked shells. :notnice:
Guess I'm taking a road trip to SC.

I wish I knew where some good junkyards in SC were too. I live in Myrtle Beach now and drive back to Greenville NC to work on my car and go to the junkyard. I've just about picked the yard clean except for a couple V6 sn95's. There are a bunch of Taurus' and T-birds there though that haven't been touched and a Lincoln Mark 8.

You guys sound like those crooked SOBs that work at salvage yards. You know the ones people slip a tweenty to hide parts or reduce the price. Its disgusting and if you were both here....well.......I'd buy you both a tall beer and ask you to find me some parts
