Electrical TFI Plug

There's pics of the motor craft. And t series in that thread if you want to see under the covers...... Motor craft & none T just has double the connections and are the same part minus the etched motor craft part number..

Hasn't mattered in about 25 years, not going to find much stock that old any way. Even the old stuff I bought is the same as the current design except for some NOS ford, and filko, ones I bought. They consolidated the design of the lx218/223 years ago, and just dropped the 223 all to gether a few years back. Your much better off buying from a local parts store where you can walk in and honor the warranty on those any way. O'Reillys carries standard... There just not in my state.
https://www.napacanada.com/en/p/UNITP31?impressionRank=2 this has 5 years or 80000kms warranty does it compare to the Standard LX218 ?

Did you clear all the codes and then go drive it? If so it is up to you but I would punt all that crap in the picture unless your state requires it on an inspection i.e. visual. You will need a shorter belt but you can find the length needed with a piece of string and routing it around the pulleys.

Leave the TAB valves behind the passenger shock tower and just cap the vacuum lines off that went to the diverter and bypass. Clear the codes and go drive it again. If the code comes back then see if someone on here has that TAB in a spare parts box or under the work bench that would send it to you for the shipping.

Chalk it up to the TFI module being bad and move on. If it strands you again (hopefully those days are behind you) then go from there but find this thread and update.
Guess what lol I've got a misfire and the rpm needle shakes a bit. I need another TFI Module going to try the Standard 218 none T this time with the relocation kit mk3.

How about this TFI module https://www.bwdbrand.com/en/ecatalog?partdetail=CBE24

BW is owned by smp now and has been for years, alot of the old stock ones I bought where those, the used to sell that in 3 grades same as the smp did, BW had, z series, p series and select. Select was there top line.... Any time you see one with that cover style its a repackaged smp product. the cheap China stuff copied wells & regitar/trans pro moldings, haven't seen any dirt cheap China copies pop up with the smp style cover.

Here is an update, I ordered 2 United Motor Products M504 TFI modules from Rockauto great price 1 for backup https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=1949786&cc=1134010&pt=7172&jsn=952&_nck=FGpNgVUW8z1q4UDFRlOpiTkw0yLVu7AjuHMHKSULDdNQe2Eloz62X3W2PC259bPPJuOqKWfpYNp/OH1SPD5cXIndDXvbeGw6jxtJccgZ2JUTpTCAk0kejEpQRj7iiowrONfE544QPOIFU5THGrqmCpnTXPU9QLiCePryvh3x5zujOnMQoCe9pkTRtktLbvnU0fdtOswG3s4XJb9Jz5MdEtsAhKQmoVQ/26Gw6W/BzM75qMPa5ze2xnquHiLL/dAiP1sAmtOCwqGPMfTOSa4MC5a+82eS6QZweNebzy3p39ng3V+NZOxXMaykZveLofkMQ8sSAnwSSAUHu/58nglrlQ==
as well as the

McCully Racing Motors Mk3 TFI Module Relocation kit https://www.mccullyracingmotors.com/index_files/Page2271.htm

I installed them and so far my car is running perfectly again except for the fact that after a smoke test, smoke only came out of ERG valve i am going to take it off and see if it is all carboned up and that pin might be stuck and that MK3 kit is awesome I highly recommend it.
