Throttle Sticks

Lately my throttle is not wanting to move without a decent amount of force. Happened with stock tb on there and idle adjustment screw fixed it. But with 70 mm no luck. Doesn't adjust idle either. Any ideas how to fix problem.



(Also has caused gas pedal to bend. :/)

If you remove the cable from the throttle body, is it still tough to move?

Sounds like your cable is binding up. Is it routed correctly? Rusting inside the sleeve?

Can you move the throttle body easily by hand?

Haven't tried anything besides the screw. Just recently adjusted cable to kick down correctly. Can't move by hand unless you kick it loose first

I'd pop the cable off the TB and see if it's the throttle body or the cable first.
