Tranny Shifting....

Lately my transmission has been extremly hard to shift, ill push down the clutch ans try to shift but i just cant get it into gear, it doesnt grind or anything, it simply doesnt shift.....Any sugestions?

Does the shifter move out of gear when you push down on the clutch?Does it shift normally with the engine shut down?Does it only do this between certain gears?Make sure there's plenty of lube in the tranny.If the tranny shifts properly with the engine shut down,the clutch may not be releasing all the way.
