Transmission yoke

Where is the best place to get a new transmission yoke for a t5? And what u-joints do the stock driveshafts have?

I prefer oem parts .spicer is both oem and aftermarket but prices differ.if race car than theirs many out their.ujoints are just sizes.by quick look .1310 is is 3 and a quarter wide 1 in round .1330 is 3 and a half 1in round .1350 is 3and a half and 1 3/16 round. That should help i hope

if the pistons need to be notched when i do the h/c/i then ill throw the 3550 in while the block is out.
