I always have so much stuff cramed in my center console I would probably have my trunk opening everytime I hit a bump in the road or went around a corner.

I'll stop by Purvis tomorrow to see if they have a switch in stock. I'll come up Friday regardless if I have the switch or not:nice:

Kool... I'm free all day Friday, come on by.

That part number for the switch is for several years of the SN95 Stangs. I think it was 91-94 but I'm not sure. That will make it easier for the dealer to find it in his (her) parts computer.

FedEx deliveries usually get to the dealer around 11:30 AM. He is to call me when he sees it. I'll be up after that:nice:

Thanks! I could, but will take longer than I wanted to spend at the moment. Besides, we'll just have to go to a different spot sometime for better pics:D I'd like to get a mini photo shoot/cruise together this week coming up with a few Stangs:nice:

I don't think putting in a un-secured trunk release button in a convertible is such a good ideal. What I did is to buy the Ford Keyless Entry Keypad. No way was I going to stick this on my door though, so I stuck it to the inside of the gas lid. The lid closes just fine and I have access to my car and trunk without keys. :)

    Hey Casey4s.....

Where did you get the black chrome horse for your grille? I want to get all of my chrome emblems done in black chrome or black nickel plating, but the 2010 Mustangs have the pony emblem available in black chrome. I just don't know if it will fit in an older (2005) grille.

Go to this thread and the part number and a description of what is involved is there. http://www.stangnet.com/mustang-forums/789863-pony-thief-dark-horse.html

I did the same thing, I removed all the chrome on the outside of the car, the pony was the next to last thing, after that I deleted the fake gas cap from the rear. Now everyting is balck.

Your location looks better than the SHR pic! LOL Nice work. Did you install it in the hole in the metal bar behind the plastic? or in the best location cosmetically. Looks nice where it is.

    +1!
Yes, it is installed there. All it takes is some boring it out to fit the switch. Mine was installed there as well...by Casey:nice:
