The kit should have come with 2 crank pulley bolts. One for drawing in the new pulley and a replacement bolt for the pulley. In other words, one bolt is for installation only, then removed. The new water pump pully will rub the alternator bracket stud. The kit should have come with a bolt for that. If it didn't, just grind the stud portion of the existing bolt off. You'll have to remove the fan (2 bolts). You'll need a 3 leg puller. The crank pulley can be removed with a puller that grabs the inside or the outside of the pulley. Put a dab of high temp silicone on the woodruff key area on the crankshaft before installing the new pulley.
