Will mac chrome tailpipes fit on my car?

I am looking at buying new tailpipes for my stang, I am looking at the mac chrome tailpipes from CJponyparts.com. Will the tailpipes fit with not to many modifications? I have crappy old flowmaster 2 1/2" Tailpipes right now. Do they come with every thing muffler back to install them? Thanks
