Winter storing

What do you guys do for storing? Within a few weeks my car will be in for a while. I keep mine in my garage with a full tank of gas, parked on a vinyl mat, keep garage closed as much as possible with heat on as needed. I do take it out sometimes during the winter only when the roads are dry and clean if possible just to keep things moving. If not, I start it about every 2-3 weeks and let it run to full operating temperature. Usually 1/2 hour. How about you guys? Any other tips?

Any certain reason on the full tank of gas?

Just seems like you would want to keep less in it, as it won't exactly be fresh by the time it's ready to come out.

Aside from that, sounds like a good plan. I can only wish that someone had taken that kind of care for my car before I bought it.

I've heared of some people putting their cars on jack stands to keep from flat spotting the tires. I'd also wash/wax and clean the interior and condition the leather(if applicable). +1 on the stabil in the gas.
