O2 Heater Ground From Salt And Pepper Shaker

Any one have the wiring diagram available ? My orange o2 ground was cut at some point and literally just hangs right by the salt and pepper (10 pin connectors) shakers. could anyone tell me where exactly It needs to be?

Ground to any bolt on the cylinder head or lower intake manifold.
