On another forum there were some "questionable" sets sold for around 600 with no wiring harness, which Saleen refused to sell. Looked like a pretty shady deal to me. There are some low beam only HID's floating around for a lot less than the Saleen's, but you have to give up high beam.

Looks like the verbiage from the longtube install instructions. The coating will lower the temperature under your hood. Whether that translates to more power (and if so, how much) is probably only going to be known by doing it.

I know the Steeda's are recommended for the longtubes - didn't know they were recommending them for the shorties too...

I left the install to the pros, although I know some folks are going DIY. Looks like a PITA. I'd have done my own (I replaced every piece of pipe between the air filter and muffler on my old WRX's engine myself), but I don't have a garage now. The instructions JBA sends are fairly detailed...

There are some people who don't change the motor mounts and don't have issues with the headers hitting the frame, but I have read from at least a few who have. I followed JBA's suggestion and got the Steeda motor mounts - mine don't have any issues. I agree the titanium ceramic coating...
