The other morning car was in park my motor kept revving up to 2000 rpm's for a few seconds and back to normal. It doesn't matter whether it is in park, neutral, reverse or drive. Cleaned throttle body, replaced idiol module, mass air flow sensor, throttle position sensor. Unhooked battery for 15 min then cracked the car and let run for 20 min It is still doing the same thing. Today I drove it it will go dead when I stop and still doing the same. Any suggestions?

sounds like it chould be a vacuum leak. check all of your hoses. you can test by spraying brake clean around the intake and all of you vacuum lines. when you hit the leak the engine will change rpm. NOTE: do not spray near or on the alternator. If you do the brake clean will burst in to flames and set your car on fire.
