Not really mustang, but 5.0 Tech related.....One of my favorite past times is thinking up and building different engines and combo's (in my head, I wish I could afford to actually build all my ideas :D ) for different Ford vehicles.

I'm curious how much low rpm torque a 347 could deliver if built for a 4x4 truck application. Anyone care to hazard an educated guess? Or describe a combo you think would work?

a 347 is only gonna help ur torque compared to a 302. But the big decider will be the heads/cam/intake

That's what I'm curious about. Obviously a dual plane intake would be best. Something like a Stealth for example. Coupled with say a FRPP E303 and Powerheads CNC E7TE's would be pretty torqey with a 575 or 625 Speed Demon carb.
