The square plastic bushings that ride on the round rod in the center of the door (2 per door) are completely gone from my driver's door. Has anyone done this repair? Is it pretty easy? How about adjusting the glass?

I went to the local auto glass store and they estimated $75 per door. Is that a good deal? I'd prefer to do it myself, but some repairs are such a pain that it's not worth it...
