correct me if im wrong. aem wideband is a stand alone unit that just monitors a/f so you can tune vehicle. it has nothing to do with eec or should be connected to it. it should be located after lh or rh factory o2 sensor.
Yes it is a stand alone unit. But it can be hooked up to your computer to datalog through the egr wire. If you do this the egr will no longer be used though. I put my sensor right after the oxygen sensor on drivers side
