Ok well I was planning on getting a bassani catback for my car but then started wondering if I should get a tweecer r/t instead. So now I dont know. What do you guys think I should get first. The bassani or tweecer?

Not eve sure why this is a question, I wouldn't think about a Tweecer with the mods you have. I say go Bassani all the way! Who doesn't live a new catback and better sound?
