Brakes Locking Up On Fox

I converted my 92 to 5 lug.I used spindales and calipers from a donor 2000.I switched left and right cailper brake lines and everything bolted up nice.But the front brakes always seem to be applied.I have put new master cylinder on and thourghly bled them.Any ideas
