That is one hell of a build-up! I'm drooling on my keyboard.

As for the tire clearance, a trick I used was to open the holes a little on the strut and pull the top of the tire out away from the strut when you tighten the bolts down. This will take away some camber, but if you run the MM CC plates in the reverse rotation you will still be able to get at least 1.8-2.0*. I'm running 275's all around on 17X9 anniversary wheels and I don't have any clearance issues with the coil-overs.

The ignition was fun. I have a buddy with a small cnc machine so he machined the mounts and I did a few stand off to bolt it to the valve covers. The coils are ls1 coil pack from msd. For the distributor I found an oil plug from msd with a hall effect sensor. Then I added an msd crank trigger. So the triggers run my ecu which run my coils. I am an electronics perfectionist so I have cad drawings of all my wiring if you are interested. I tell you though. It isn't cheap! The blue is a brainfart and would rather not let anyone know for now what happened. Just leave it to the imagination. I can tell you it included an explosion. lol

I would love to see some cad drawings of this...im by no means an electrical engineer but i know enough to get by haha...i just want to do something different. anyone can throw a megasquirt on and go to town

Megasquirt is some cool stuff, but any questions on this set up just let me know. I will pdf some of the schematics so you can get an idea of what exactly is going on.

That engine was fun to build. I can't wait to hear it either. I was going to have it run on the engine dyno but I choose not to so I didn't have to build two different wire harness, find headers for the dyno(I am building my own), and I want to have this completed before the snow flies. I thought I would put down some details of the engine and check out what that engine started as and a couple of the build pics. It started as a budget build...lol

And yes this is in my apartment...I did this build when I was a student. It was quite a scene four big guys carrying an engine down a set of stairs.
