Car missing while warming up, any ideas.

Hey Guys, When I first start my car, only when it is cold, it misses. I have to give it some gas to keep it running for about 30 sec. then seems to run finel for a few min. Then it starts to miss again, this time for about 2 min or so. Then runs fine, untill the next day, or unless I let it cool for a few hours. Please see my garage for mods. Any ideas would be great. Thanks
