Honestly, no. That won't provide enough air for a period of time long enough to spray a coat all over.
You'll need at least a fourty gallon tank, and even then, you'll stretch it's capacity. 60-80 is best.
Based on what I see in you pictures you might want to take of your cowel trim and shine a light back up into it. A small mirror will help you see all the way back. Look at the air intakes for the cabin.
That's what I figured, oh well. I guess I will start looking for a shop to spray it or maybe find a painter friend and rent a booth. I plan on doing all of the prep work myself, I've done a little bodywork and I am very meticulous. I am going to tear into it more this weekend, take off the driver door and start poking everything to see how much metal I have left. The cowl area looked good inside, just surface rust from lack of paint. I had a body shop try to fix the rust behind the drivers hinge a couple years after I bought it, but now it's back.
How do you take out the wiper arm assembly? The passenger side unscrewed but I couldn't quite see what's up with the driver side
