EFI harness help

I found a car with a complete mass air flow fuel injected engine at the junk yard. What is the best way to remove the entire harness?

First I took out it's Kenne Bell ram air setup!!! Next I grabbed the MAF sensor electronics.

Now I'm contemplating going back and grabbing the whole fuel injection harness.

My goal is to get a complete harness so when I get a second motor, I can swap it complete instead of spending hours transferring parts from one engine to the other to make it run.

What tools will I need? Where is the most convenient place to unplug it and is there anything else I should know?

Thanks for the help.
