Five Speed to Automatic

I have a 1993 LX coupe that has a Ford E cam in it.I have been thinking of swapping out the 5 sp for an automatic. What transmission would I want? Would this cam cause any problems?If I do I am gonna miss the 5 speed.I have been having a problem with my knee.I don't know of any other solutions.

hit up Mansonozz. he has an auto that he has to shift like a manual IIRC

that e cam takes some rpm to make some power iirc. you might want a little higher stall torque converter. i'm going the other way. i had a aod with 2400 stall t.c. an auto/man valve body. the roller i picked up was a 5 sp an i got deal on the stuff to swap it back.
