Help! Runnig Wire Harness Inside Under Dash!

I am in the process of hiding my wires in my engine bay, and I am running the harness that goes across the firewall inside the car! My problem is where under the dash to run it? Also, what all needs holes cut out to reconnect to the engine? Thanks to all that can help!!!..

I went thru all of the post from the past and couldn't find exactlly how someone might have done this! I have both side harness run, but its this back one that is getting to me!

I will post pic's of the progress later! Also, does the map senser need mounted in the engine bay, or can I mount it under the dash also? I am installing a Anderson Ford Motorsports PMS and want to get ridge of everything that I can on the harnessn and vac lines!
