How much can you do to an 84 stang?

I may be buying one, it has a 4 cyl, 5 speed.
I want to have something simple that i can do stuff with.
Are the early fox-bodys good for modding?

All the mustangs from 79-93 can take the same mods when you are speaking about the body and suspension...your carb'd engine is different than the EFI ones of course...

There's always lots of stuff you can do to a car to make it go faster. In a 2.3 Mustang you could so a turbo swap if you wanted or you could build up a naturally aspirated engine.

They don't make too many bolt-ons for 4 cylinder Mustangs, but there are still plenty of ways to make them more fun.

And yes, an 84 should be pretty simple.
