How rare was the red interior in the 94-95 cars

I was never a "red cloth interior in a foxbody fan". Now I don't hate it...but prefer black and/or gray. Those 94/95's look better but...?
I kinda like the SN95 red interior.

If you ever want to sell the car or anyone who has the red and black interior on here please let me know. I've been looking for one for a long time. I'll pay good for the whole car or just the interior doesn't matter. Thanks!
I bought my '95 red exterior, with white top vert and PR interior, back in May of 2010. It had 123k miles on it, but a desert car and very clean.
I'm a fan of big blocks, so after the chk engine light literally started coming on every 500 miles or so...I decided I would build the hell out of it.
Now, almost 6 years later....the '71-460 marine built, '69 interceptor head, C6 tranny street machine is almost ready for its first road travel.
Here is what ford should have built us in 1995.The black seats are leather and have the red embroidered mustang on the headrests.
The white pinstriping had the eibach logo name on the back of the trunk lid, located in the pinstriping.
I put the taller tires on, to accomodate for the HOOKER ceramic coated Super Comps.
This thing runs great with the Comp Cams . 585"- . 595" lift, 316° marine cam in the 460.
Can't wait to re-stuff the seats and put black carpet in place of the red carpet. The white top actually helps to make it look like a sleeper

The way the reports are broken down, it’s based on specific trim and exterior colors.
So of the GT coupes with 5-spd and 5.0 engines AND painted black, 26 of those had red interior.
That doesn’t include the red interiors on all the other exterior colors, or cars with automatics, or V6s or convertibles and so on.
that report is specific for 94 mustang still 26 out of all the black ones its still pretty rare.
Yes, it turns a shade of silvery blue in the right light. The leather needs attention on the driver's seat. Hope to have a Marti report soon. How long did it take to get your report?

The number I found was about 1500 with the red interior. A lot were v6 rental cars. The GT cars with cloth were rare. Most were 94 cars. I don’t know the number break down. I went down a rabbit hole with all this about 15 years ago. I’ve owned two complete and dozens bits and pieces. I found a complete set minus seats about two years ago out of a low mile wrecked car. Even have a NOS steering wheel. It will all make its way into a car one day.
I don’t know if it ever will have any value like a fox black interior but it’s neat.
Another uncommon interior is the 94-95 “Oreo” interior. I really loved this one…
Here is the car that started this thread. I miss it dearly. I moved across the country and needed a more suitable daily. I sold it to a guy back home and he then sold it after he didn’t like it.
