I am getting a 96gt roller, whats the best setup up for it??

ok heres the deal, i am getting a 96gt w/ a blown motor for cheap, real cheap, whats the best setup for this car, what type of motor and etc, since i am getting is so cheap i am willing to put some money into it, its all stock w/ a 5spd tranny, what should i dp to get it hitting high 10's low 11's
