thats why i do it hand tight, then do like a 1/4 turn w/ a wrench, then its impossible to get off w/ just your hand

I thought someone stole my antenna off of my Ranger a while back. Base and all. A few weeks later my new one got missing. Turns out, the automatic car wash I was using was yanking them. I recovered it and never went back there again.
