Lowering a V6

I think my BBK progressive springs advertised 1" to 1 1/4" drop in both front and back. It's hard to get an exact figure for the amount your car will be lowered, since cars vary in their exact weight, and the springs vary a little from batch to batch. I'd be happy if your end result is within 1/4" of what the spring manufacturer promises.

I think about 1" is perfect- it gets rid of the 4x4 look, but it's not so slammed that you're looking for the shag dash, hydraulic suspension, and airbrushed Virgin Mary on the hood! :jester:

1" -1 1/4" would be great but every add I see gives different amounts on the same springs (lol). One add says "about .75" drop in the rear" then another add for the same spring says "about 1.5" drop". That's a big difference. Guess I'll have to call the manufactures to get the true ride height.

it might be little hard to see, but i think you can see the differents
