Much difference between rotor quality/performance for the $$$?

Just wondering if there is much difference between cheaper rotors(ebay $100), and something like powerslots($200+)? I plan on using hawk or greenstuffs pads.

With my foxes...I always just got stock replacement, however I did try and get Made in Canada or Made in USA rotors.....if they are made in China, they are junk. China rotors get rusty faster, and they pit easier if the car sits. Raybestos rotors are Made in Canada..

Pads....I always use stock replacements as well, but I spend extra money for Raybestos

anyone else? i just figured there probably isnt too much difference, since its basically just a piece of metal... if you have good pads, shouldnt they all work about the same?

I bought drilled/slotted fronts from R1 Concepts (ebay company). They are nickel plated and have worked very well so far (only a couple months). They look good too.

I put on powerslot rotors on last April with Hawk Brake Pads. Amazing difference over stock. I've had no complaints so far.

i think those were the ones i looked at, and were only like $80 for both?

+1 for the R1 Concepts rotors.just installed them on my saleen and they are great.
