Need some more power...

Well I have a 1964 1/2 260 V8 Mustang, and I was wondering what are the best mods to get some more power out of it?

I was just thinking of puttin in a 351w, but many have told me not to get rid of the original engine since there a dime a dozen left.

YEA there getting slim. But what do you want. Could yank it but save it and stuff in the 351. ITS your car, do with it what you wish

How much power and how do you intend to use the car? The absolute best bang for the buck in nitrous, but that may not meet your needs tho. Gears work wonders for acceleration and all out performance. It's difficult to answer w/out knowing the first 2 questions....
