I have a 1999 v6. Ive had a spark plug blow out problem with 2 cyclinders, passengers side rear and middle. The rear i figured because it was a pain to put it in and i didnt tighten it enough, the middle blew me away. Since september i havent had any issues except for the rear which like i said thought it was just undertightend and vibrated loose. I didnt torque any of them but ive been working on motorcycles and vechiles all my life and always just have tightend plugs with the ratchet without torqueing and never had an issue.
