Well I started noticing my car was dripping oil (very small amount)from the oil pan plug so I thought it would be an easy fix by just replacing the plug bolt. I thought it was a bad o ring on the original plug bolt. Well the new plug didnt work, its still leaking oil. I have no idea why this happened, or if it will be necessary to replace the entire oil pan. Is replacing the oil pan pretty difficult on these cars and does anyone have a different fix for my problem? I appreciate the help.

I would check the pan the next time you change your oil. See if there is a crack on the mating surface where the plug bolt seals with the o-ring. The other thing you can do, and this is a bit jankey, is put a larger o-ring on and see if that seals it up.
