Is the 8.8 out of a mustang?

I think the axles are longer on the 99 and up. You could reuse the center section though.

Axle is wider and the control arm mount bolt holes are larger.

Best bet is to find a 94-98 rear end, or an 86-93 rear end and swap your 7.5" brakes and 5-lug axle shafts over

Yes it’s a 99 mustang. What do u mean reuse the center section
Shoot, sorry was thinking about something else. There are a good amount of 8.8 rear ends for 94-98 mustangs.

You can always get wider wheels if you want a different stance.

First question should have been, "why does your '95 have a 7.5 rear?'' After '85, every V8 came with an 8.8, unless you have a V6.
