You make it sound terrible. you don't have to tear the front end off, just take off a few pieces, Valve covers, intakes, heads, and pulleys.

The timing cover has to be removed,so anything that bolts to it or in the way has to be removed..the intake,valve covers and rocker arms..and also maybe the radiotor to have room to pull out the cam... dont see why ya'll sayin ya got to remove the heads
