what do you guys think of the price?

Going to go look at this car soon. Without looking at it in person what do you think a fair price would be.

88 5.0. 115kmiles. flowmaster exhaust. unknown h or x pipe. (has no cats, assuming aftermarket) seller states mild cam from previous owner. bad hydralics (sp) for the convertible top. Anyone know cost on replceing those?
