My son and i have swapped a 90 mass air 5.0 into an 82 base stsng. We are getting close but several attemps to figure out wiring has us left stumped. We have harness in car and assume electrical connections need to be done where the green and grey plugs are dy the eec. Any good wiring diagrams or words of advice appreciated

You'll want to grab a 1990 EVTM, and a 1982 EVTM and have them handy.
Easiest way to do it would probably to buy a standalone EFI harness for the engine, and separate it from the basic body wiring of the '82. Unfortunately that's a very simplified way of stating it.
But without wiring diagrams, it will be difficult.
