Might be selling the car..for real this time

I got 8k saved up, if you want to do a "prix d'ami" haha j/k.

I think Stangfreak just really wants to get a better job, sell the SN95 and buy a fox body :) Better job to get a 427 stroker engine plus a blower etc... :D

Mario , I think the car will be easier to sell if it's stock and most people will not pay for mods so my guess will be that you should put the car as close as stock as possible and sell it , parts will be a lot easier to sell by themself .

When we buy cars ( at least me ) the fun is to mod it not to buy it already done

Lets say you go trade it , the dealer will not give you more cause it has such and such things on it , you know what I mean !

I understand 100% what you're saying. I personnaly like to mod cars. But some are lazy and are just interested in the final result. Those could buy my ride. But you gotta find them..

I dont feel like spending on gaskets but I guess I'll have to sell it as stock as possible. :(

oh man

Well this sucks.. I hate to see a guy sell a car that he has put alot of time and money into!! But to go to school that can be a good thing also.. But man I think u could keep the car.. I have had mine though the university years (5)
and have managed to do some mods.
Sell the car to your parents and then buy it back from them after you are done school.. just think of it as being a little lone from them.. hey its worth a try. :nice:
I hope everything works out for ya. later

Tough choice. If going to school will buy you something else that you might really want, then sell the car. The problem that I imagine you are faced with, is selling a ten year old Mustang. Especially on the verge of yet another body style change. Your car is depreciating again because of it. Cars are such a bad investment, that realistically, if you have a car that you sunk a whole pile of money into, you may as well keep it, because you will NEVER get back. Not :notnice: even close to what you have spent. I'd say keep the car and find a different way to fund your schooling....unless you have some sick loans left on it....then you may be in a bit of a tight spot. Then you might as well pay the car off and keep it before going back to school. I sell cars for a living (not much of a living) and I am constantly seeing people get themselves into situations that they shouldn't.

Actually, I'm already in school now. Started on Monday and my 1st session is already paid. Came up to more than 3000$ with the books. :notnice:

But like you mentionned, I got some kind of sick loan that I MUST get rid of. Tired of having it "on my shoulders", if you can say that. I'll be exposing the car (with a nice add with a pic) at my brother-in-law's mechanic shop starting tomorrow. I'm asking 17 000$. We'll see what happens but I'm not too confident.
