I found a Mustang shop that can convert the Bassani catback to fit the Saleen rear fascia. I currently have weld-in flows and I finally want to change my exhaust into a mandrel-bent performance exhaust rather than my current press-bent setup.

How many of you are satisfied with Bassani's? Can you hear the muffler from the inside of the car? I really like hearing my flows from the inside of my car, and I hope I can hear my new Bassani setup from the inside too.

I love mine! They probably won't be quite as loud as a 2 chamber flowmaster, but you will definately be able to hear them. Wait, you have a 'vert, right? You will really love them then!!!:D Just driving normal to me sounds awesome, and then when you get in the gas you will smile from ear to ear!

I was smiling when I heard a 2003 Cobra with the Bassani catback. I don't know if my GT will sound similar to one, but I can only hope so!

i dunno, IMO Bassani sounds like a cleaner sounding Flowmaster...only difference to me is the rasp it gets at 2500rpm....when i bought my Bassani catback i was hoping it would sound close to a Cobra but it was not even close, so i sold the catback...but yeah on a 4v Bassani sounds awesome but on a 2v id go with Borla,Magnaflow,SLP LM2,etc...

I got the Bassani headers, catted x, and cat-back. I love it. Thinking about switching to the off-road x-pipe.

Sometimes I find that they don't sound as good as usual. I've asked many people though, and I don't think anyone has ever said they had the same problem. I might just be going crazy. But when they sound good, goddamn, they sound beautiful. I get tons and tons of compliments on how my car sounds.

And no, like all exhausts, it won't sound as good on a 2V as it will on a 4V. But it still sounds great.

I have the SS bassani catback and I love it. On the highway in 5th, its almost factory quiet. When you rip on it, it sounds awesome. When I first ripped on it, I thought to myself "thats it"? But, I had a friend rip on it while I listened from the outside, and I gotta say....holy dookie batman. I plan on getting an x pipe soon. Its a DD, so i'm not sure if I wanna do the off road one.

I love my setup. It sounds really clean. I can hear them from in the car, but it's not TOO loud. Now my car is even louder with the S-trim :D
