Sorry, I meant driveshaft. What are these muffler bearings you speak of? Do they go on top of the muffler or inside them? If I change them could I see an increase in HP?
AH ok, well the driveshaft is most definatly replacable, if a dealership claims they cant replace it be sure not to go there again...
Yeah the muffler bearings will help. I suggest some blinker fluid too while you are at it, and if you want the best gains get an o-pipe to replace your h-pipe. LS1's will phear you.

just curious but what brought about a driveshaft issue? by your question it sounds as if you just want to replace it, just cause. Maybe more info would help.
