My uncle has a 2000 mustang gt. I was helping him change plugs in it tonight and the drivers side the second one we changed had fuel all over the plug and the hole were the cop boot goes was also full of fuel. He said he washed the motor about two weeks ago but i don't think it was water. It smelled like fuel and was really strong odor of it.What could cause this problem?

I would use some compressed air, cover the hole with a rag and blow it dry, once dry turn the key on but do not start the vehicle, do this several times while watching the injector to see if its leaking (everytime you cycle the key your fuel pump activates for a brief moment to pressurize the system) If you see no leaks and smell no fuel I would think its just water and not worry about it. I have seen several cases of it just being water due to washing...
Hope this helps

Leaky injector o-rings.

Parts store sells replacement pintle caps and o-rings. I beleive they are called injector service kits or something like that. If the parts couter person is on their game they should know what you are talking about. If it's the typical ricer adolescent, he won't have a clue :(

I wish you guys could have seen the day I was in AZ looking for assembly lube :(
