After looking around a bit, I'm seeing V6 dyno numbers in the low 260's for HP and low 250's for TQ.
This is making me feel a little better about my 2V. It's pretty easy to hit 260rwhp or so with a few bolt-ons......and the huge torque difference should also help the 2V. No?
