  2. Nice progress on the project, but dude seriously that "sunburn" is not cool:nono:

  3. didnt realize i was getting burned. i'm sure it's bad for me in some way! next time i wont be working in a cut off shirt!:D

  4. Holy ****, I had no idea you could get uh... weldburnt like that. I know what happens when you don't wear eye protection, so it shouldn't surprise me, but it does, haha.

Nice work... coming together pretty well.

  5. i should have taken another pic yesterday. i couldnt even wear a shirt b/c it was burned so badly.:flame: it started peeling today already!!

  6. pulled the interior out tonight. gotta replace the seats and carpet, so this makes it much easier to finish up my welding this weekend.

this is what happens when you use an air hammer to keep the driveshaft from hitting. (i had a solid aluminum shaft from a newer ranger in the 95)

there will be a tunnel welded in to make sure the new driveshaft wont have any issues
    SSPX0243.jpg

also did a little welding on the drivers side pillars yesterday. they still need to be cleaned up and a little more welding to finish

that diff cover starts off as a 45lb chunk of aluminum. it's reall thick and should hold up nicely. now i just have to decide if i want it on the mustang or the ranger...........

  11. more progress. it will be ready for primer on monday. we were out so i left a little early today. there are still a couple of high spots i need to get out but it is mostly finished.
