Easiest way to 5 lug and 4 wheel disc brakes. 1987 Gt

Hello everyone! I was wondering what's the cheapest and quickest 5 lug conversion for an 87 GT? Any help at all would be appreciated. Thank you all for your time.

Find a local pick and pull that has a 94-95 mustang and pick and pull the required parts. Then purchase what needs replacing and/or what's needed to complete it. Either that or piece it together over several months until you finally have all the components, like I did.

So all parts can be transferred? Like hub's, rotor's, caliper's, spindle's for the front and the whole axle plus brakes for the rear?
