Has anyone bought and installed a 9008/H13 headlamp wiring and relay upgrade kit?

I found a DFUSER kit sold to the F-series truck owners here:
http://www.puredieselpower.com/catalog/9008-h13-headlight-wiring-harness-upgrade-p-117.html
http://www.dfuser.com/mfg/powerstroke/73/Accessories/lighting.php

I was wondering if anyone installed this in a Stang, and if so, what were the procedures?

I suspect my low beams (which are powered through the Smart Junction Box) aren't getting enough power, which is why they are dim and yellow. The high beams and foglamps are very white, and the wiring diagram shows that Ford uses relays from the factory for those lights. As to why Ford did not power the low beams in the same manner is beyond me.

I have upgraded the wiring in all of my other vehicles because it generally does make a big difference (delivers as much voltage to the lamps as the alternator/battery puts out). Relying on a PCB in the SJB with long-lengths of 16-18 AWG wire seems silly.
