unplug the connectors to the 02 and take a picture of the 02 connector and harness connector.
Ok, hear ya go. All from the driver's sideunplug the connectors to the 02 and take a picture of the 02 connector and harness connector.
Ok. I'll look again and ground the wire not being used..I'll report after work or if I get a chance on my lunch brake. You still need them for fuel control. Looks like that clipped wire may go to the low oil level sensor. You need to find the wire on the 02 sensor that is not being used in the o2 harness. It should be one of the black ones. So, which ever wire on the 02 sensor is going to the blank spot in the harness, is the one that needs grounded.
Ok, and both sides need to be grounded from the blank o2 sensor wire (probably black) correct ?Yes, that will be fine. Just make sure its a good and clean ground.
I'll look in a sec, I think I doYes, If I remember right, I actually think the wire that needs to be grounded on 4 wire 02 sensors is grey in color. Do you have a grey wire on your 02 sensors?
Ok, I'll ground the gray wires and report back.Yeah that more than likely the reason for codes 91 and 41. The 3 wire and 4 wire 02s are designed differently internally. 3 wire grounds through the case, and the 4 wire grounds through the grey wire for the 02 signal. Typically most 4 wires are connected to the SIGRTN circuit. But you should be good with a good chassis ground.
Yes, the egr vacuum seems to be constantly sucking.I can pull the line off, stick my finger over the vacume line going to the egr and I constantly have suction. You might want to check your vacuum line to the egr. Sounds like it's constantly pulling vacuum. You may have the vacuum lines going to the EGR solenoid reversed.
81,85,94,44 are smog codes. You can ignore them.
Ok, I'll look tomorrow. If I follow the vacume lines It should lead to the egr solenoid correct. Is it the round black ball looking thing, lolol? And just try switchin the lines? I have constant suction at the egr right now..lolCode 33 is because you have no vacuum going the egr. If the egr valve doesn't move, the computer will throw that code. Look at the passenger strut tower. The egr solenoid should be there. Try switching the vacuum lines around.
